Mark N. Sills, Pilot Law LLP colleaguePilot Law LLP is very pleased to announce that Mark Sills has joined the firm as a colleague.

Mark was born in Toronto but spent many years in Montreal. His practice focuses primarily on international trade, anti-corruption measures and corporate social responsibility issues. Mark has advised both governments and international mining and energy companies on trade and transparency issues. After serving in the Canadian foreign service with postings in the Philippines and Brazil, and later serving on the Canadian government’s NAFTA negotiating team, Mark joined Macleod Dixon (now Norton Rose) as a founding member of their Moscow office. Mark’s flight path has included teaching law at the University of Ottawa – programme de common law en français, developing real estate in Toronto and Muskoka and working over a seventeen year period as an international trade advisor to the Government of The Bahamas.
